The Beginning
Prayer Ministries was birthed in 2000 when the Lord awakened founder and President Terri Buzbee from her sleep.
God spoke to Terri's spirit and told her he was giving her a ministry and this ministry would be called "Prayer Ministries."
Then God gave her the following illustration using the letters in the word "PRAYER." |
The Journey Continues
God impressed in Terri's spirit the scripture which her ministry would be based on found in James 5:16 - "For the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much."
Terri has been involved in the "National Day of Prayer" in the community since 1997. This would now become an important function of Prayer Ministries. Prayer conferences are now becoming another important phase of the ministry which includes and welcomes all of the Body of Christ. |
